Hi, I'm new, haven't bought any AG since my 21 year old was about 11. Til now. Can someone enlighten me as to Ebay sellers who say "No Xs on her butt"? Am already having neck stress after viewing "How to tell a fake doll" pics. Really want to get Kit as she would be the same age my Mom was in her time frame. Thanks, Cindy

    Welcome to the board, Cindy.
If you are shopping on e-Bay for a Kit, there are several people here who will help you identify if she is fake or not. Good luck!

The x on the doll or furniture means that it came from the MCM sale. The MCM sale is a once a year charity event that AG donates their defective, out of date and returned dolls to. It is held in July in Madison, Wisconsin. Even though they are not supposed to, some people buy a lot at the Madison sale and sell it on e-Bay. If a doll has an x on it, it cannot be returned to AG. It also may not be 1st quality.
